Services included in the lease of
the serviced apartments in Brussels
All our serviced apartments in Brussels are serviced once a week, which
means that they are cleaned and all the linen in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens is changed. If you would want an extra cleaning, this can always be arranged upon request. At the end of each lease-period, an additional charge for end cleaning will be charged. You can use the washing machine and the dryer for free.
All hotel-services of the Hotel Silken Berlaymont Brussels, the hotel next to the Residence, are available to all residents of our serviced apartments in Brussels . This means that you can make use of the laundry, dry-cleaning, message handling, catering, baby-sitting, breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.
You also have free access to the Business Centre and Internet Corner at the hotel. All telephone and internet costs are charged seperately. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a Manager-on-Duty is always at your service.
